# How to Complete the BUCKS Onboarding Setup

**Welcome to BUCKS Currency Converter!**

After installing BUCKS, you need to complete three essential onboarding steps to activate currency conversion on your Shopify store.
This guide will walk you through each step to help you get BUCKS up and running.

## Step 1: Set Up the Money Format
The first step is to configure your Shopify store's money format correctly. This allows BUCKS to identify and convert product prices on your storefront.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
2. Navigate to **Settings → General → Store defaults**
3. Under the **Store currency** section, click **Change Currency Formatting**.
4. Locate the two formatting fields:
   * HTML with currency
   * HTML without currency
5. Configure the formats according to your store currency.
**Example: If USD is your store currency,**
HTML with currency:

HTML without currency:
```
<span class=money>${{amount}}</span>
```
6. Save your changes.
**Note:** Money formats may differ depending on your store currency. Make sure to use the appropriate format.

## Step 2: Enable the BUCKS App
The next step is to activate BUCKS on your store.
1. Open the BUCKS app from your Shopify Admin.
2. Navigate to the BUCKS Dashboard.
3. Locate the **Enable App** option in the Setup Guide.
4. Make sure the app is enabled.
Once enabled, BUCKS will be activated and ready for storefront integration.
## Step 3: Enable BUCKS App Embed in Shopify
The final step is to enable the BUCKS theme app embed. This allows BUCKS to load and function on your storefront.
Follow these steps:
1. From your Shopify Admin, navigate to **Online Store → Themes**.
2. Find your active theme and click **Edit Theme / Customize**.
3. Open **App Embeds** in the theme editor.
4. Search for **BUCKS**.
5. Enable the BUCKS app embed toggle.
6. Click **Save**.
7. Return to the BUCKS Dashboard.
8. Click **I have done this** to confirm the setup.
