# Not testing funnels properly

Testing is one of the most important things you have to do. Because there is no perfect set of rules that works for every store.

Some of the things to consider are

* Using different upsell styles - **Popup, In-page or Floating.**

* Setting **in-page** upsell **in** **different positions** within the page.

* Use **Split-tests** to find funnel performance.

* Try downselling products.

* Choosing different type of upsell such as Normal upsell, Volume Discount,

  Frequently bought together, Bundle upsell etc

Analyzing the test results will help you filter the high-performance funnels and strategies for your store to make higher conversions
