# Trying to do what app can't do

The app is designed to work in a certain way. Trying to change that manually may result in breaking some other thing.

> So it's always better to contact customer service agent before trying anything thats beyond the customization in app ( ones not available in settings or documentation ).

For example ,

If a store owner wants to **show a checkbox for selecting upsell instead of 'Yes I Want' button**. Which can be done by adding additional CSS, but that's not the way it supposed to work.

**Changes like that may work or  not, some time it even break other parts of app.**
