# What is a Funnel?

> A funnel contains a set of offers shown throughout the journey of the customer's product purchase, allowing merchants to give irresistible offers to their customers with discounted upsell, bundles, or quantity breaks without leaving their product purchase flow.

In our case, it's an **"Upsell / Cross-sell Funnel"** which can contains a series of upsells, cross-sell offers etc, that can be shown from the journey of the customer "entering in the store" to "after  purchase an item"

You can show upsell / cross-sell offers in different pages.

**Every funnel need**

*  A `trigger product`.

* At Least 1 `widget`.

* At least 1 `upsell product`
