Why is rounding not working for certain currencies?

We can't round prices if the selected currency is enabled in Shopify markets. In this case, Shopify handles prices.

If rounding isn't functioning as expected, please consider the following steps:

Verify your rounding preferences in the settings to ensure the correct option is selected.




If you've enabled the aforementioned option and rounding remains an issue, check if you've activated Shopify Markets. In such cases, it's advisable to reach out to Shopify support as they manage rounding and conversions in these scenarios.
