- What happens when I change plans?
Shopify automatically applies credit for any unused time from your current subscription when you switch plans.
- Why do I see multiple charges in Shopify?
When you change plans, Shopify may temporarily show both subscription charges in your billing activity. Any eligible credits are automatically applied to your Shopify invoice.
