How do the upsells work on the collection page?

If you set the trigger as a collection for the collection page widget, the upsell offer will only appear within that specific collection.

Consider the Normal, Bundle, and Frequently bought together offers and if we set these offers as:

POPUP-WIDGET ON ADD TO CART

The popup widget style will only appear when a customer adds a product to their cart from the collection page that matches the trigger.

POPUP WITH IMMEDIATE TRIGGER /FLOATING STYLE WIDGET

The widget will appear upon page load without checking for the trigger.

IN-PAGE WIDGET.

You can place the widget anywhere on the collection page using the in-page widget style but we recommend setting the trigger as a collection itself.

Note: We recommend using the in-page widget style for presenting volume discount offers as there may not be sufficient information about the products on the collection page. In this case, the widget will be displayed with the help of our widget's trigger product.
