How do the upsells work on the home page?

We have four different types of upsells: Normal, Bundle, Frequently bought together, and volume discounts. These offers will be presented to customers through three different widget styles: popup, in-page, and floating.

Consider the Normal, Bundle, and Frequently bought together offers and if we set these offers as:

POPUP WIDGET ON ADD TO CART

The popup widgets will only appear when a customer adds a product to their cart from the homepage that matches the trigger product.

POPUP WITH IMMEDIATE TRIGGER /FLOATING STYLE WIDGET

The widget will appear upon page load without checking for the trigger product.

IN-PAGE WIDGET.

You can place the widget anywhere on the home page using the in-page widget style without checking for the trigger product.

Note: We recommend using the in-page widget style for presenting volume discount offers as there may not be sufficient information about the products on the homepage. In this case, the widget will be displayed with the help of our widget's trigger product.
