Will it work with Shop Pay / GPay / Paypal/ Apple pay buy now buttons?

Short Answer: No, it won't.

What exactly is the limitation?

Our app uses Shopify Draft Order API to apply discounts to the upsell/cross-sell offers.

So our app needs to control the checkout flow to apply discounts and redirect to Shopify checkout, our app doesn't get control when the customer clicks on the dynamic payment buttons like Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Apple pay etc.

But if a customer interacts with a normal checkout button then our app gets control and applies discounts on Shopify checkout, the customer can see dynamic payment buttons inside checkout page, if they use those payment buttons from checkout page then the discounts will apply.

Also, draft orders work only in Shopify native checkout
