How to use coupon / Shopify automatic discounts with HUE Free gift Upsell?

HUE Free Gift Upsell supports Shopify coupon codes and automatic discounts.
To make both discounts work together properly, you need to enable discount combinations in:
- HUE Free Gift Upsell
- Shopify Discounts

Step 1 - Enable combinations in HUE Free Gift Upsell

• Open HUE Free Gift Upsell
• Go to Settings → General → Advance

Under Discount Combination, enable:

✅ Combine with order discounts

✅ Combine with product discounts

Supported discount combinations

Currently, HUE Free Gift Upsell can combine with Shopify discounts such as:

• Product discounts
• Order discounts
• Shipping discounts

Step 2 - Enable combinations in Shopify Discounts

• Go to Shopify Admin → Discounts
• Open your discount

Under Combinations, enable the required discount combinations.

Example

Customer gets:

• 10% OFF using a coupon code
• Free gift from HUE Free Gift Upsell

Both can work together when discount combinations are enabled correctly.

⚠️ Important note

Shopify controls how discounts combine during checkout.

Some discount types may not combine due to Shopify limitations.
