What is a Shopify draft order?
About Shopify Draft OrdersDraft orders allow merchants to create orders on behalf of customers. This is useful for Shopify merchants who receive orders through outside channels.
The Draft Orders API also provides the ability to create draft orders with a discount. UFE app uses Shopify draft order to apply discount for upsell offers.

Why drafts orders created in my store?
Draft orders are created when a customer initiates a checkout with upsell / cross sell offers from the UFE app widget.
You need not worry about the draft orders created by the UFE app, only focus on the Shopify admin > Orders section.
