Create a Simple Discounted Cross-sell Offer?

Consider you want to give a complimentary product offer (cross-sell) or an expensive product upgrade (upsell) with respect to your main product.

Step 1: Select Trigger

• Click on Create Funnel button and select trigger products / collections / tags/ all products/ above cart value

Step 2: Offer Setup

• Click on Create offer
• Select Product recommendation either Manual or AI Powered
• Choose offer type from the list of Templates (Normal/ bundle/ FBT/ Volume etc.)
• Click on Next button

Step 3: Widget Setup

• Select widget style (Popup/ Inpage/ Floating)
• Select widget behavior (Cross sell/ Upsell)
• Select the page you want to place the widget as widget placement (All pages/ Product page/ cart page/ Home page/ Collection page)
• Click on Complete Setup

Step 4: Choose offer products

• Click on Choose offer products and the products you want to give for offer price
• Also specify how much discount you want to give to the offer product
• Click Save & Next

|| It's recommended to change the texts (Translations) and change to the colors to match your brand.
|| Make the design to match your brand

Step 5: Publish and preview the Funnel

• Click Publish to activate the funnel
• Test the funnel by clicking 👁️ icon on the funnel listing page
