How can I block or allow an IP address or IP range?

You can create a rule to block or allow a specific IP address or a group of IP addresses.

Go to Fraud Protection > IPs.
Select Add IP rule.
Enter an IP address, CIDR block, or IP range.
Choose what should happen:
- Block them - visitors matching the IP rule will see your blocked page.
- Always allow them - visitors matching the IP rule can access your store.
Add a rule name to help you remember why you created the rule.
You can also add an optional note for your team.
Select Save rule.

Example

To block one IP address:
203.0.113.10
To block a group of IP addresses, you can use a CIDR block:
192.1.200.20/25
