Why is the HUE Free Gift Upsell widget not showing?

Sometimes, the HUE free gift widget may not appear even after completing the setup.

To resolve this issue, please enable HUE in the App Embeds section by following the steps provided here:

Additionally, the widget may not display if the offer products are unavailable or out of stock. Please check the product inventory and update it accordingly.
